Coatesville Center for Community Health (CCCH)
is the home of eight health care
and social service agencies
all devoted to the support and care of families.
The agencies include:
- Chester County Cares
- Chester County Health Department – WIC Program
- Community Impact Legal Services
- Domestic Violence Center of Chester County
- Family Service of Chester County
- La Comunidad Hispana
- Maternal and Child Health Consortium – Healthy Start Program
- Planned Parenthood of Chester County
The Center’s mission is to increase access to health and human services for the Coatesville community through the co-location and integration of services and programs.
All services are provided under one roof within city limits and near public transportation. Bilingual and bicultural staff members are available, therefore eliminating cultural and linguistic barriers to care. The eight tenant agencies work together on interrelated projects so the varied needs of the community can be addressed in a ‘one-stop-shopping’ format. This removes many of the barriers residents face in obtaining health and human services care.
